The Winter Chalet Experience features a beautifully curated, family-style menu designed to bring people together over bold flavours and seasonal comfort. Savour a hearty, winter-inspired feast made for sharing – with housemade dips, slow-roasted lamb, baked fish, seasonal vegetables, and a decadent dark chocolate fondue to finish.
Winter Cocktails by De Kuyper
In partnership with De Kuyper, our Winter Chalet cocktail menu celebrates the flavours of the season with a selection of bespoke winter-inspired drinks.
The cocktail menu is designed to complement the seasonal dishes and cosy alpine atmosphere.

Pricing:
$159 per person.
