Promotion Period: Offer is valid for new bookings made for Saturday, March 8th, 2025, via this link and must be completed by 4pm Friday, 7th March, 2025.

Eligibility: Open to residents of NSW aged 18 and over. Employees of InterContinental Sydney Double Bay and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Royal Suite upgrade (valued at $3,500) for their stay on Saturday, March 8th, 2025. The upgrade is for the Royal Suite only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other accommodation type.

Entry: To enter, book a stay for March 8th, 2025, via this link. All eligible bookings made during the promotion period will be entered into the draw.

Draw: The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on Friday, 7th March, 2025 at 4pm, at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, 33 Cross Street, Double Bay Sydney, New South Wales 2028 Australia. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize on check-in. If the winner does not claim the prize by the check-in date or is unable to stay on March 8th, 2025, they will forfeit the prize.

General Terms:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties.

All decisions regarding the promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
