Grand Ballroom

Located on the first floor, the pillarless Grand Ballroom is the hotel’s largest and most versatile event space. Its soaring ceilings, custom-designed chandeliers and elegant neutral palette create a polished backdrop suitable for conferences, awards nights, gala dinners and corporate celebrations of every scale.

The Ballroom can be tailored to suit your program, with the option to divide the space into three individual rooms for breakout sessions or smaller events. A 10m x 6m dance floor is available as part of the room hire, along with access to our in-house audiovisual specialists, Myles AV, who provide integrated support across lighting, sound and staging. Built-in data projectors, drop-down screens, LCD plasma displays, rigging points and three-phase power ensure a seamless technical experience.

Keltie Cove

Keltie Cove is the second-largest dedicated function room at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay. Located on the first floor, this versatile space features distinctive frosted glass doors and a warm neutral palette that creates an inviting atmosphere for business dinners, executive presentations, cocktail events and private celebrations.

The room is fully equipped for professional events, with access to our in-house audiovisual specialists who support lighting, sound and staging requirements. Built-in data projectors, drop-down screens, LCD plasma displays, rigging points and three-phase power ensure a seamless technical setup for meetings and conferences.
