Does the hotel have free wifi?

Yes the hotel has free WiFi, which is available in all areas of the hotel and all rooms. To connect, simply access the IHG ONE REWARDS Free WiFi network and log in using your IHG ONE REWARDS credentials. 

Does the hotel have a fitness area?

Yes, 24-hour fitness centre is located on level M (Mezzanine floor).

Can I leave the curtains closed to keep the room cool? 

During our hot West Australian summer, we are taking measures to keep your room cool and conserve energy. For this reason, when you enter your room, you may find your curtains drawn. 

Can I control the blinds?

The sheer blind can be controlled by the buttons beside your bed, labeled “sheer up” and “sheer down.”

How can I control my lights?

Your lights can be controlled from the panels above your bedside tables, and from the master switch near the entry door. 

How can I use the telephone in my room?

Telephone Instructions

To make a call using the base
1. Press the SPKR button
2. Dial “0” followed by the required number, or select the “instant service” button
3. After your conversation press the SPKR button to hang up

 

To make a call using the handset
1. Lift handset
2. Press the ON button
3. Dial “0” followed by the required number
4. After your conversation press the OFF button to hang up
5. Replace the handset ensuring the mouthpiece is towards the left

How can I order room service?

The Room Service menu can be viewed from the TV, simply turn on and select the room service tile. 

How can I get my room serviced?

Should you require your room serviced by housekeeping at a specific time, or require any additional amenities, please do not hesitate to contact reception. 

Is the hotel smoke free?

Yes this is a smoke free hotel in all areas. 

What options are available for breakfast?

Breakfast is hosted at Ascua, located on the ground floor of the hotel. For current breakfast options please contact our friendly Concierge.

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

The hotel is perfectly located in the Perth central business district (CBD), with easy access to free transport using CAT buses that run throughout the CBD.

Additionally, it is also just a two-minute walk to the Perth train stations.
