Guest Parking is available close to the hotel. We recommend guests arrive, park at the front of the hotel and check in prior. The front desk team will provide parking information, tickets and directions.

Self-parking rates are $40 per day with multiple entries over 24 hours and Valet is $70 per day.

Please be advised that there are scheduled disruptions to the car parking facilities on weekends extending until August. We recommend reaching out to the hotel directly to understand the potential impact this may have on your visit.

Wilson Central Park Parking has a clearance of 1.95m. 

InterContinental Sydney Double Bay Centre does not offer balconies but floor to ceiling windows in City View room categories and upwards with views of Perth City. 

The hotel is located a seven-minute walk from RAC Arena, home to sporting, musical and theatrical shows. A two-minute free bus-ride down St Georges Terrace will take you two the WACA in East Perth. Optus Stadium is accessible by Transperth (Public Transport Authority) with both train and bus rides free to anyone with a ticket to the venues’ events. Perth Underground Train Station is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel with the buses scheduled to collect passengers from Hay Street and St George’s Terrace, nearby the hotel’s doorstep on event days. 

Suites at the hotel offer bathtubs, please select this category if you require a bath. All other room types offer rain–showers.  

Yes the hotel has free WiFi, which is available in all areas of the hotel and all rooms. 

No, the hotel does not offer a pool. Beatty Park Leisure Centre is a fifteen minute drive from the hotel and offers casual access to its three pools. We also encourage visitors to WA to visit some of our beautiful beaches for a swim. 

Yes, 24 hour fitness centre is located on level M (Mezzanine floor).

Breakfast is hosted at Ascua, located on the ground floor of the hotel. For current breakfast options please contact our friendly Concierge.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Perth central business district (CBD), with easy access to free transport using CAT buses that run throughout the CBD.

Additionally, it is also just a two-minute walk to the Perth train stations.

Yes this is a smoke free hotel in all areas. 

Yes, the business centre is located on the first floor and offers printing, scanning and emailing  services. 

Yes, Gallery Meeting Suites offers boardroom and conferencing amenities and a rooftop terrace overlooking Hay Street for private functions and events.

Access to the Club InterContinental Lounge can be added to any existing reservations for an additional cost subject to availability.

Check in to the hotel is from 3pm. Please call ahead or let our team know your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready. 

Check out time at the hotel is 11am.

You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and may incur a late check-out fee. 

A payment of all room nights plus $100 bond per night will be taken on check-in. Please note we do not accept cash payments and can only accept payments via EFTPOS.

Yes, a valid passport or Australian Drivers License will be required for check-in. 

Duvets, pillows & some mattress protectors are all feather, however we can provide non-feather bedding upon request. 

Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the Concierge team after departure at no charge. Luggage can also be left prior to check-in, should your room not be ready when you arrive.

Shuttle services are not available, however, if you would like a private car service to collect you, please let our Concierge know and the team will assist. 

Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the time of reservation.

Chemist Warehouse is situated on 858 Hay Street, approximately 120 metres from the hotel.

Closest convenience store is Central Convenience Express Kings Corner at 1/349 Murray Street, Perth. Located 120 metres from the hotel, it is open from 6 am to 9 pm.

The nearest swimming pool is at Beatty Park Leisure Centre, 220 Vincent St, North Perth. It is 4.3 km from the hotel and accessible via public transport from Perth Busport.

Enex Shopping Mall at 683 Hay Street has a Woolworths supermarket, retail and food outlets. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
